Dear sir, i have 2 prepaid conenction of airtel 1] 9867931249 [2] 9892925101, they charge twice for sms means 2 rs per sms,
I had compalint this before as well, this was stopped for some time, again they started charging rs 2 / sms
24 th dec i had sent 2 sms from 9867931249, the charged rs 4 insead of rs 2, pls remit all the excess cahrges debited from my a/c & make sure this does not happen again.
