No proper response from customer care executives

Dear sir/madam,

I am Praveen kumar. K.R from chennai. my mobile no 9952227229 (Airtel GSM).

1. Am getting unwanted calls even after i registered do not disturb menu.

2. If i register any sort of complaint in 198 then for the next 2 to 3 weeks cal to 198 is not connecting.

3. There is no proper response from customer care executives.

4. Deducting my balance for the unwanted services. No refund they are giving even i tell that i doesnt used that sort of applications.

5. I registered for network change (i.e. PORT). The very next day airtel customer care executive called & told that they will activate some low tariff plan for my no but no such plan activated.
