Hi All,
I took Airtel prepaid connection 2 years back (3 connections). Suddenly one day they stopped one of the connections saying address proof is not available like that. Then i submitted the proof to Airtel office (WhiteField) as well as known local Mobile Shop (Where you can get New sim). After doing that i called customer care 8 times in a periodic interval. They stopped outgoing first then incoming also... Very worst customer care... Airtel is one of the worst customer care sorry it is just information center they wil tell u status and cheat you perfectly
06 Feb 10 - Address proof submitted
09-Feb-10 - First they said SLA as "48 Hours"
11-Feb-10 - 24Hrs SLA
18-Feb -10 - Same day 2:52 PM will be enabled... Again i am fooled

I talked to all supervisor, Customer care unit... no use all waste people
Again i went Airtel office to submit new they said my Mobile# is recycled
Such a worst... and this not only for me and happening for more people. I think thay want to show more connections (new count)..all worth less
