Airtel has changed my DAP bill plan without my consent

I had already written a complaint to you about you have changed my Bill Plam frm DAP Rs. 300 to DAP Rs. 400.

My accounts department has taken a note of this. I am in Corporate plan. My accounts department has told me get a fresh bill with credit for Rs. 200/- for last two monts DAP and asked you to send me bill. Accounts is not raedy to rereimburse me the bill.

If I do not get the fresh bill and your intimation in couple of days time I will be forved to go to other service providers.

You have not answered to my eralier complaint. Please answer or my colleauges will go away from Airtel who are in Airtel Corporate Plan.
