Sir I have the mobile SIM of Airtel Company. On 03 Aug the company deducted Rs 200 from my mobile without my subscription to any service. Later on 03 Aug when i talked with Consumer Care they told that Helotune has been in your mobile for which Rs 200 has been deducted from your mobile. When i told them that i don't need that service and please give my amount back in my mobile they don't responded on my complaint. The Consumer Care rep told me that your complaint has been lodge and we will send you the complaint number by SMS. But no SMS was sent to me. On 06 Aug when i again talk with them i come to know that no complaint is submitted from my side. When i repeated my compalint again and again no satisfactory reply was given by any of the service representative from consumer care.
Sir this is a fraud if a company deduct such amount without the subscription of consumer to any service. Sir please do the needful to bring my money back in my mobile. My Mobile No is 9989041750. I am from Secunderabad near Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This SIM No is of Airtel Company.
