Theft Balance

I am an Aircel user, Last night, service provider cut my balance as Rs.121.03 suddenly and it was without any reason. I tried to submit a complain to the customer care, But they denied to receive any complain. They said, we will check the matter and receive complain later. Please call 3 hrs later. i called to customer care, they repeated the same. Now I left my hope to get back my money.

I think "AIRCEL" is the great cheater. Be aware from AIRCEL.
