In my hand set, an icon 'car kit'appeared suddenly on yester day and all my communications are disrupted. I tried to remove it through the profile, but failed. I have tried the customer care but no response. I went to the web-world, a man of yours' have tried something in my handset and regained the communication for just half an hour. But all the entries in my phone-book have vanished, but the man denied of doing anything with that with a simple sorry. Now I am helpless to restore. What can I do?
