I received one SMS on 24th Aug. from MIMOBITV (Thank you for subscribing all chanels/weeks Rs:40/week. To unsucribe send MYUNSUB to 55447 and also charged Rs: 40/- from my mobile accounts without my knowledge. I also talked with BSNL Customare Care with this issue but they are not able to refund the amount. Then I contacted the M/s. Apalya Technologies (p) Ltd., Hyderabad through Phone 4-5 times (Customer Care Queries -Please call # 040 23355447) and they offer the refund within 24 hours & not given any complaint docket Number. But they are not refund the amount till date. Therefore it is requested to look in to the matter at the earliest to resolve the issue.
