i have mailed to BAG IT TODAY this company is really a fraud

contacting your customer care its really very big deal becoz no body

picup the call since i booked 2 ids no proper response from any of ur

customer care . you wont believe i never being to any company messed

like this and fraud . i did all the transactions on the basis of your

company goodwill.

never expected this thing 1stly before selling every one was so polite

ans sweet with one call they always picked my calls but now no one

cares wat you all have offered us shown something else offered

something and i experienced the worst worst hotel no commitments for

the gift fulfilled mr. Aryan one of ur Sales representative he

assured me that mr Shikhar u need not to worry i have taken ur case

and from his end he is going to get me the apple i phone as well 7

days stay with 4 person in 4 to 5 star hotels . every thing was

wrongly committed to me . we both fall sick there due to bad condition

for the room at Manali no hot water supply was there at bathroom .bad

food, we visted hotel's kitchen it was so dirty u feel like vomit

rats where p[laying at kitchen even though to our room whole night we

both even cant sleep.everyday till we were there we called customer

care they talk and keep the phone then when we call they disconnect my

calls. your company has spoiled my image in front of my wife as well

as her health is still not well if anything happen im not going to spare

anyone. since we came back from Manali im running to hospital only

don't worry let my wife get OK.being a human how you people can do

this to innocent people just for the sake of small money.

Kindly help me get me my amount and matter resolved
