My name is Raju Saha, resident of Islampur, Dist: Uttar Dinajpur, State: West Bengal.
I was referred about Book My Holidays (Bag It Today) by a friend of mine.
My friend had suggested my name to become a member of Book My Holidays (Bag It Today).
I received a call from them & they explained me about their membership & benefits.
I was happy with the scheme & registered myself along with my wife being members with them by paying Rs. 7000/-
(Rupees Seven thousand) only for myself and Rs. 7000/- (Rupees Seven thousand) only for my wife namely Smt. Piyali Choudhury by my Credit Card vide transaction No. BDIPG/TR0996896670/INDIATODAY AND BDIPG/TR0996958778/INDIATODAY respectively on 23-09 and they send our order ids and those are 1011014738 and 1011017919 respectively and also two booking Ids and those are 777790726 and 777790727 respectively.
The scheme was: All booking request made has to be 30 - 45 days in advance (30 Days of Advance Notice when booking within India and 45 Days of Advance Notice when booking abroad.
After receiving our payments they send us two Hotel Voucher Form, one for myself and other for my wife. I had send my Hotel voucher form bearing booking no. 777790726 along with D.D. of Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven hundred fifty) only to them and the same was received by them in the middle of October. But after receiving the filled hotel voucher form they did not called me and after waiting some days I called them on Customer Services : 01206182100. But they did not confirmed my holidays, in between I had spend more than 500/- (Rupees Five hundred) only for my telephonic conversation with them. On 29th Feb they send a Hotel confirmation voucher which is given below:

1. Late Check In: Please notify the resort in advance if you anticipate a late arrival. In case of
late check in / arrivals, members

2. Cancellation Policy: The Holiday booked by you cannot be cancelled or exchanged or
postponed under any circumstances whatsoever.
3. Transferring a Holiday: This confirmation is nontransferable, non reschedule and non
Cancel able.
4. Unit Assignments: The Resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same
occupancy as the unit confirmed above.
The resort will allot the room based on UNIT Type confirmed and not UNIT Number. The Unit
number is indicated for inventory management purpose only.
5. Exchanges: Confirmed for the period shown as above. If you wish to arrive on another date,
please notify the resort in writing. The resort may also be able to provide extra nights, for which
appropriate rental fee may be charged.
6. Charges: Please note that local taxes may have to be paid. Some resorts require inventory
deposits and/or charges for the use of electricity, water etc.
7. Photo Identity Card: Photo identity card is mandatory to be produced upon check-in, failing
which the Guests will be charged hotel rack rates for days stayed at the resort.

After receiving the voucher I had contacted with Hotel Manager on 6th March about this confirmation, but he said that they had no such hotel confirmation and he also said to me that before me already 2 (Two) parties were went there but at the time of check-out they had paid the necessary room tariff which was claimed by the hotel property. He also said that Bag it today is a fraud company.
After hearing the same I had emailed this matter to the Bag it today, but they did not respond me. On the very next day I had emailed them once again and warned them if the voucher appears fake, I will go to Consumer Court, but they did not respond once again.
However all my necessary booking such as Train booking was already made. I reached the hotel Naren Palace on 10th March and produce the voucher before them, but they did not accept it and told me “ You have to pay the room tariff as your voucher is not accepted by us and it is a fake voucher” . I had nothing to do, but I wanted to try a Phone call to their (Bag it today) customer care no which is state above, but after several tries they did not respond me. Then I paid the room tariff for 3 (Three) nights also the cheating company namely Bag it today made 5 (five) nights and the tariff was (1680/- X 3) applicable taxes and cancel my previous back train reservation and made a new one.
Now I Sri Raju Saha, S/O: Radheshyam Saha of Netajee Pally, PO PS: Islampur, Dist: Uttar Dinajpur, State: West Bengal, pin : 733202 may pray before that Hon’ble Court that How a fraud company business so long in India? May We the Indian know why they cheating with the innocent Indians?
Please kindly do arrange to credit all my money which were debited from my account. I want all my money with interest be credited into my bank account bearing no. 409010100007511 i.e. Rs. 7000/ for my booking and 7000/ for my wife’s booking and Rs. 750/- for D.D.
I would request you to please take strict action against them & see to it that they do not make other innocent citizens of India fall prey to their devious methods of cheating people with false information.
