Hi there,

I always travel & go on holidays from cox and kings, i am one of the old client of their... Service & other arrangement were good before but recently

what i found is company is not giving that proper attention towards the customers on their journey. Then i went in the depth to find out what has gone

wrong why company has become so careless or they got big money now... So after finding out the truth i came to know that " staff who works for

cox and kings they actually make money for themselves by arranging the tour privately " so the profit is not depositing in cox and kings account ..It goes into the staff who has arrange the tour... so that is why customers are badly effected & we held responsible for cox and kings & thats how companys name is spoil because of the such staff,

I request to inform this issue to the boss of the company
