I was mislead by Agoda when I recently booked a room (Booking ID# 15679173) in 'The Palms' Beruwela (Sri Lanka). The website mentioned that its a 4.5 star property when in actual the hotel management itself claims that they are still a 3 star property and are trying to become a 4 star property. I did not pay such a high price of the hotel to stay in a 3 star property. I feel cheated by Agoda and hope that some action is taken on my complaint.
