I was till now greatful for the service provided by the organization.
But the rude behavior of some of the personnel of your organization has brought the dignity down as it happened to me when traveling by the BMTC bus.
Daily I travel to Yeshwanthpur from Seshadripuram (Central) stop and the bus fare charges me Rs.5/-. but when I was travelling on 16th June around 5:00 P.M through the same route, the bus conductor gave me the ticket fare charged Rs.10/-. when I questioned him, he behaved very rudely start abusing north indians and told that complaint anywhere, nothing is going to happen.
The Bus number 250 and the state register number is KA 01 F 3585.
This is going to happen to some one or the other everyday, but only some questions.
So I kindly request the concerned authority to take the action and so see to that this does not happen.
Also, I request to put the fare charge chart in the bus so that it may help the commutator the bus fares.
Waiting for the result as soon as possible.
