Non reflecting of card payment

I am holding a SBI credit card for the past 10 months. I n the month of September I made a payment of Rs. 3000/- through cheque in SBI Tirupathi (0933). It was very much credited in SBI CARDS A/C in the same branch on 26-09. Till today the same is not reflecting in my statement. I made repeated attempts verbally and even after sending of Bank certificates twice nothing has not been taken place. Both the couriers tracking slips show the dates of delivery of certificates. But simply they bluff saying that they have not received any such couriers. They don't even bother to login to their A/C in the particular branch to reconcile the entry. I have not come across such irresponsible attitude of this org. Even after a period of 6 months, I am hanging with the same issue. With this i do not have any word to call them.
