Membership cancellation

I have taken Membership from CASA RETREAT PVT LTD on saturday 6.8.11, by paying advance amount of Rs 2500/- (full package is Rs17500/-). for which they gave me complimentary offer of 2 night 3 days. but when i gone through the complementary offer, they specified that Rs350/- per day to paid with taxes & service charges, which they didnt inform prior to my membership. Hence I told the company to withdraw my member ship & they strongly refuse to pay my amount back.

The response & the attitude was not good.

I want my money back from CASA RETREAT PVT LTD.
