I had a package move with this chennai packers and movers. I shifted my goods from chennai to madurai and they didn’t delivered goods on promised dates. When called up customer care they points
to some person in chennai & madurai and they won’t even pick your call. They won’t even update the status of where the package and when u will receive. Only thing they are good at is getting money at the origination side itself (They know they won’t deliver things at proper time at destination). One of the wrost customer care i ever seen. They won’t even care about you and give proper reason. They used to disconnect the call when we are speaking to them and they won’t even pick your call after that. Above all the made blunder in my package. response are very bad. they didn't respect the customer. words are
not humanity.
I recommend not to use this provider anymore. Worst customer care and Worst in handling your items as well. If there is 0 Star ratings then i would have gone with that.
One sad thing is in their website they have only reviews which favors them.
