1. Car driver is very rude and uses slangs all the way. Not suitable for travel with family and ladies.
2. We needed pickup from 2 points while starting the journey, but in the morning, the driver simply disagreed. We had to leave few people in the journey.
3. website says that the rate includes all inter-state taxes, but we had to pay all toll taxes throughout.
4. After 11 p.m you have pay extra Rs. 300/- to the driver. Rarely you will be able to reach home same day before 11p.m.
5. Driver is very unpofessional. We had to seach for him for nearly 2 hours after darshan. He was not there in the place. When we finally called him after getting hold of our submitted luggage and mobile phones, he wanted us to come to some other place, rather than coming where we were standing. After requesting for many times he came where we were standing.
6. Driver got upset because we kept our luggage and phone in free luggage counter provided by TTDC rather than keeping all the things in his car, which he insisted.
7. Driver is mostly on his mobile while driving, feels very risky.
