I had an booking to Cherrapunjee resort on 1st of April. when we are on the way we got the news that Road is block and we tried to contact the resort but because of signal issue we didn't able to contact from that place then we came back and contacted the resort from cherapunjee and they told us they are also unable to contact people in the site but if we wants to cancel our booking they will refund the advance money and even asked to send the bank details but that time i didn't had the details so we came to kolkata and send mail to them with details but didn't got any answer so today I contacted with them and they are now simply not ready to pay back the advance amount. Please do the needful.
