At the time of selling their product they explained that the cost of one night stay in their Resorts would be less than Rs. 1500.00 but when actual papers of membership arrived they stated a totally different figures which were more than double of the cost explained.
Now they are not replying to my mails (just a system generated mail is answered) and no action is being taken in process for returning my membership fees even when I had cancelled my member ship in November.
My club mahindra membership was cancelled as on 22.11.2010 but still i have not recieved my member ship money refund.
kindly provide at the earliest.
