Couch: CORONA AC Sleeper.
Ticket booked: Bangalore to Sindhnoor.

This complaint is regarding the KSRTC CORONA bus condition and Bus conductor rude behavior as well.
On last Sunday (15th May) one our relative passed away and I was in need of reaching early to sindhnoor. As soon as I reach bus stand I saw CORONA Bangalore to HATTI bus was standing in platform and ready to leave. We (me and my family) got into bus.
Since we supposed to reach early, we thought this bus will take us early and got into the bus. After reaching Tumkur, Conductor suddenly woke up all the passengers and telling that bus is under failure, got some problem in engine will not travel further. So he asked us to get into the NORMAL ksrtc bus next from TUMKUR.
At that time, it was morning 2 AM o’clock. So this bus took 10 PM to 3 AM ie 5 hours to reach TUMKUR. Fully loaded trucks were overtaking this bus.
We also thought its ok, it is machine problem what he can do about that, we got into the bus. But the way conductor was telling that to passengers was very rude.
He was telling like, only this bus available here, if you want to go, get in, else go away. He was very rude and careless about the us. We felt very bad about that, with family I am travelling, and we are in need of reaching for urgent thing.
Initially he was also not ready to give the amount we paid for CORONA AC sleeper bus and wanted us to travel in the normal fair in NORMAL KSRTC bus.
After big fight, he agreed to refund some amount.
Innitial amount I paid : 1270 Rs (two tickets).
After getting into bus : 462 Rs.
But no other option, we had to travel in normal BUS. But after reaching there we came to know that, this bus every day has problem and so many people are telling same thing what I had experienced in last night.
I have few questions on the same.
• Why we should have such bus, allow us take reservation which is not in condition to travel from Bangalore to tumkur.
• Conductor should have some basic common sense how to behave with passengers. Because of this only now a day’s people prefer private service than KSRTC busses.
Please take necessary action on CUNDUCTOR to behave properly with customers.
