AKalavara hotel, Velachery
Took 5% of Service charge

Hi,

I hve a doubt regarding the Service charge for food, how much persentage a hotel can charge? I heard that maximum they can charge is 2%. But "A Kalavara Restarant, No.8/1 100ft Road, Maheshwari Nagar, Velachery, Chennai 42" charges 5% of Service charge.

My doubt is, is it posible to charge upto 5%?
