Rediculous attitude when we visited and interacted for a banquet booking for 600 people at Marriott Hyderabad India wherein the managers have literally played with brand name of Marriott. They have treated us like street side people who cannot efford to do an event with you inspite of the fact that we have earlier done a marriage event with Marriott Hyderabad itself. How can an individual manager feel himself in a position so as to insult a customer? How? Is this way you look at your Hotel to prosper? Is it a protocol of Hotel Industry or Marriott to misbehave like this? It was disgusting experience.
