We had purchased 4 vouchers for the thailand trip offered by deals and you in the month of may and paid Rs. 57646/- as full payment on receiving the vouchers 42PEV6SP44, DVOIUPSV44, MWZ89W6Z44, WSA710HB44 ; my order no - 114876 . We had mentioned our travel dates in August as required but then even after 6 months we have not received our tickects nor anybody from deals and you has called us regarding. We have tried contacting deals and you through the phone and mails but in vain. We had requested to make a refund if they are not able to do the deal, but then again no response. We are totally frustrated and shall report this cyber crime if we are not contacted and our money is not refunded within 2 days.
