DEAR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIALS,
This mail is to bring to your notice that the services provided to me through GOOD EARTH HOLIDAYS (DEEPALI GANEKAR) who had booked me with FREEDOM TRAVELS IN HONGKONG was definitely not up to the mark. your company claims that they are the best but i seriously have my doubts.
they took us to all parks 1-2 hours after parks opened due to which we were not able to completely see them all.
Also our MACAU TOUR WAS PATHETICALLY ORGANISED. Our car a/c WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL.In the scorching heat we were in a pathetic state.our tour was precisely for only 3 hours. There was no proper food, guide, no body to pick us up from ferry terminal for 2 hrs.
THOMAS COOK IS SUPPOSE TO BE REPUTED. WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT WE HAD APATHETIC EXPERIANCE AND WILL HESITATE IN THE FUTURE TO GO OR BOOK THROUGH THOMAS COOK.
