Didn't pick up for the trip as said

I have booked the trip from bangalore to mysore on 28/02 with Eagle tours and travels. They said the pick up location as

H.A.L. II Stage

Bangalore -560008

at about 6:15 AM. We reached there by 5:50 AM. I tried calling there number "9448687012" number but initially no one attended but after some time it said switched off.

We waited there till 7:30 AM but no bus came for pick up.

This is the very bad customer service by Eagle tours and travels.
