I Reference to my booking No. ET-8332 for Ms. Meneno Moses from KTM TO CCU on 2nd June' am surprised to know that the ticket has been cancelled without my knowledge. It came to know only before an hour, while gone to get the boarding pass. While contacting EASY TRIP PLANNER people, says that they called me up but i have not picked the phone.
The company have not called me, secondly why not you tried be after that to refund of my money till date, while i booked the ticket a month back. n I have also booked connecting flight from CCU TO DMU on 3rd June'2011.
Lastly please guide me how can i proceed for compensation and get refund of my money.
