I was travelling from Nairobi to mumbai via Cairo, on 23 Nov with my wife and baby, i had a baby stroller, as i had been told to hand it over stroller near aircraft exit, and they have told me that
you will get in mumbai airport, and then when i reached mumbai, i found out the stroller is broken.
i immediately went to lodge a complaint, at baggage services air

28318110, i have been told that bring your stroller, i bought and
showed to the officials, they have make the report and told me that
you will get the claim amount after one month, after one month i
called them up in Egypt air number, but they told we have not yet
recd the funds, called them after one week then also they have
given the same reply, then on 20/12 i have emailed to Egypt.
