I am sure that this a scam. After the initial mail exchange they are asking people to deposit money. This is 100% scam. Also check the comment from Medivisa company. I have highlighted in Red. Ask Vasu not to go furhter.

I am a director of MediVisas UK LLP, a legitimate UK immigration consultancy (website www.medivisas.com) I have only just been notified that these scams are going around again, and I thank this site for drawing people's attention to it.
To confirm - we have no employees by the name of 'Billy Moore'. We would never solicit money from people in this way, and we have no association with Exxon. This e-mail is generated by a scammer who has stolen our company name.
I implore people to ignore all of these e-mails. Genuine immigration firms will always have an OISC number, and can be checked through the website www.oisc.gov.uk Money should never be sent to companies who spam in this way
