FAILED TRANSACTION & NON RECEIPT OF MONEY BACK INTO THE ACCOUNT

Sir/Madam,

I have made an attempt to book a bus ticket by M/s Kesineni travels from Vijayawada to Hyderabad on 21.06.2012 and an amount of Rs 450/- has been paid by by Net banking of SBI. The reference No is INB Aenues India Ltd

Transfer 30993845637. However, no ticket was issued due to technical problem. At the same time my amount was not credited back to my account 30095959019 of SBI. Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund of the amount Rs 450/- and oblige.
