This complain is regarding the money refund hindrance by KESINENI TRAVELS for my e-ticket.
As per the information provided by KESINENI at the time of cancellation, the money would be refunded by cheque with in 20 to 30 days of cancellation. I have cancelled my ticket on 29th August thru their call center and received the cancellation confirmation mail in my specified mail id (Details of my ticket are given below and the same mail is attached). Since then it’s almost 60 days past but still not received any call or mail from KESINENI regarding my refund cheque. I have tried several time calling customer care but most of the time they don’t pick up the call or even if they received the call they don’t listen to the problem and say “Your money would be refunded within 2 working days”.
In this circumstance I therefore request you to take necessary action against this travel organization who just play with our hard earned money and try to steal money from customers on every single opportunity they get.
