Hi Sir/Ma'am,
I have to complain against FLIGHT SHOP, V3S MALL, LAXMI NAGAR.
We booked our tickets from them for Feb for Hong Kong, Macau, Disneyland. We were told by their rep NEHA AGNIHOTRI that the total package is for around Rs1.10 Lac, out of which we have to pay Rs78, 000 immediately to hold the tickets & as per their procedure they will issue tickets only then, we were never informed about any receipt whatsoever, in the entire time we did business with them (has been last 2 years). Hence, on 31st OCT at 12:00 PM we paid her Rs78, 000 advance, she sated that as a confirmation we will get the tickets as well as the Itinery. We did get both at 13:19PM, however, now when we went to them to get my name rectified on the ticket (as it was Swati Sharma & not Swati Chhabra), we were told that as the rep NEHA is absconding, they don't have our money & these tickets issued are fake!!
Please do the needful & give us justice, as me & my husband work in call center & saved this money with difficulty.
Firstly, we have been issued tickets in the past by her in same manner, then the tickets were valid (For Malaysia/Bali/Singapore, have atached the same below), now how come they are fake? They have all the flight details!!
Secondly, does this statement means that they provide fake tickets & take money??? This means that they run their business on lie? This means that previous tickets to us were also fake! How come!!
Thirdly, sending tickets alongwith itenary means we have made payment, now how can they deny? Its from their company's mailing address!
Please look into the matter as we seek immediate justice, Rs 78, 000 is not a small amount for a call center employee! We request you to get our our money back. I am forwarding you the itenery & the tickets issued send by them from the company's address, am also sending the previous tickets which were issued in the same manner & were never told as fake! Other than this, we never ever got any receipt whatsoever.
