We had given "Gratia consultants" advance money for booking the tickets on 10.10.2011 and as per commitment they were supposed to give us the tickets the next day i.e 11.10. still looking the situation and request we accepted the delivery of tickets on 12.10.2011. Now it is almost 8 days and there is no reply and no communications from their end. The phone is continuously engaged ad no call back given, the service is very poor, Its like a mental harassment to the customers, the money which is our hard earned and Tax Paid income given to such kind of fraudulent would be a mistake, such consultants should be barred from doing business looting people's money, we want our money back. We accepted the last day of 18.10.2011 to allow them to book our tickets. After that, We shall take serious actions.
