Failure to provide Train ticket and non refund of money
We approached Mr joseph Samuel from Gratia consultants for rail tickets which he promised under the tatkal scheme for the travel date 28 th October. He told us to pay the entire amount in advance which we paid in his ICICI Account. This is his Account Detail: BANK Name: ICICI

The day prior to the travel date we tried to contact him but in spite of repeated calls he did not respond. He did not secure tickets for us. We asked for a refund of our money which he promised to pay immediately. in spite of repeated calls he has still not paid us back. he avoids taking our calls completely now his mobile is switched off
I went to his registered office address which is
