No response / no service to Indian customers

I had booked privillage room in Indian resort and spa, from the day I checked in the hotel, the telephone in my room was not working, no proper air condition despite complaining for 4 days. No proper food is provided no proper service looks like they give preference to non Indians. There was a instance where we were invited for a candle light dinner with the invitation from the hotel and the waiter wanted us to pay for water, the hotel invite Indians only to make money and in return no customer service is provided. If this continues for too long we dont think that any Indian visiting Mauritius in near future. The hotel has to realize that India has hundred times the population of Mauritius.

When ever I visited the reception, I found one or the other Indian complaining about the service and going back with out any solution. One think they have to realize is we are the one who payes the highest room rental and we go back unhappily.
