Dear Sir

I am holding ICICI Credit Card. I want to inform you that on 03.08.11 I have received telephone call from heritage holiday pvt ltd (Contact on : 01166448130) stating that they have provide exclusive offer to ICICI card member and explain some scheme for me with a agreement that this is a free and there are no charges for one year, if I want to continue with this scheme next year that only I have to pay amount of Rs. 4964/- after this they ask for my credit card detail only for authentication, but after few minutes I able to know that they done fraud with me. The company has debited Rs. 4964/- my ICICI credit card account through IVR. It is my humble request to you that cancel the transaction no 118425 of Rs. 4964/- on 03.08.11 on heritage holiday as the deal was not as per the commitment made by them.
