Hi, recently we had a family holiday (to Kullu, Manali, & shimla) planned through these guys, thinking that they are part of HP tourism. My overall is unforgettable, with no proper tour guide from the time we left Delhi to Manali, no proper seat allocation, took the fare for Volvo bus but AC was not working till we reached Manali ie. (10hrs of journey).
Everyday local sight seeing & planning - no coordination. I had to literally call up the people myself and arrange this.
As per the plan we were suppose to visit upto Rohtang Pass, again there were some excuses by the driver saying that they don;t have any permission their to visit Rohtang.. So we were taken upto to Snow point, which was not mentioned in the program anywhere...
Everyday the local sight seeing coordinator did not turn up in time, we had to make 10-20 calls for this.
From Manali to Shima, we were dumped in the last row 4 seats and we had a terrible journey by a local HP tourism ordinary bus... Unforgettable tiring journey...
From Shimla to Delhi again we were booked by a Tata Deluxe bus instead of Volvo bus.. So overall it was a pathetic trip and they don;t care about customer service.. I have requested for a refund on the some fares but till now no news... So i would not recommend www.himachaltrip.com to anyone again.. If some one is planning trip, feel free to contact me and i will provide u some tips...
