Cheating with customers

Dear all,

I have gone for my honeymoon at Manali on 1st of June I reached chandigarh on 1st June I have contacted to Himgiri tours and Travesl through Mr Pramod at chandigarh, he has given me an option for 1500/- per day indica. which i accepted. Later he told me that right now there is season time, so you won't get hotels at manali if you go and choose there, better to choose from here, i told him that, how could i select when i have not seen the hotel, but he assure me that hotel is good and it is our sister concern, so i has given me the Option of Hotel Preet at Manali, and taken - advance from me, He also assured me that if you don't like hotel i will give you money back while returns. I reached Manali after 9 hours journey. When i reached at Hotel Preet, first i found that i have no booking here, when i showed the receipt. than he showed me a room which was very dirty. I think it was servant room. I refuse to take the room at contacted the himgiri travel, but he was not ready to pick up the phone. Than Hotel Owner Mr. Anuj tried to show me another hotel with same problem. I check in other hotel with the help of My Car dirver. Later while return when i demanded the money back as i have not stayed at there hotel, He refused to give money back. and started abusing at me. I contacted to Hotel Preet Owner, he was also with Travel agency. As per them you were supposed to stay there, If you not Money gone.

My questions are

When he first committed that if i won't like hotel he will give money back?

Why initialy there was no booking on my name and later found??

Why i have been offered a servent like room later.?

Is it a good policy to abuse the customer??

I will recommed every body that not to contact/use service of Himgiri tours and Travels at chandigarh and Not to stay at Hotel Preet at Manali...

They are big time cheater...

Don't stay at HOTEL PREET... YOU WILL FIND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WHICH I HAVE... TRY OTHER HOTELS IN MANALI, THERE ARE MORE THAN 3000 HOTELS..
