Rude Response to Consumers due to Monopoly

The travel agent behaves and speakes rudely to consumers. We dont know his name but he is a 50 Old guy sitting @ Hk Travels Office at Jodhpur Area of Ahmedabad. He takes undue advantages of catering to remote areas where only his bus service is available. My Aunty Mr's Shweta Mahurkar lives in such area names Pandhro where only 2 bus services are available.the Bus Service Provider takes undue advanntage of this thing and uses abusive language against customers including My Aunty who is a lady. This is a very serious issue and an insult to us.

We want

1) His license to be cancelled

OR

2) A written as well as oral apology from him and a promise that he will never do such things again with any of the consumers

OR

3) To sack him from the office

I expect a quick response from your side and take ummediate action as well
