I made a reservation for the Metropolitan Hotel in Delhi during March for a two day stay in Aug. On arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was non existant. I had to pay again for the hotel. After emailing bookinhotels.com they said that they had to cancel the reservation. I tried to phone them - no answer!!! Eventually I got an email from them to say that they would refund the money. To this day I have not had a refund from them and it has been over a year.
Booking reference with bookinhotels.com was BKH-453937-174899 they said that they had already made a refund which may take 3 months to arrive onto my credit card. Still nothing!!!
