I travelled to Mahabaleshwar on 28.4.11 by Neeta travel bus no. 3233 & returned on 02.5.11, bus no.3132. While going we booked & specified our seats K&L, considering the health of my wife, and also Neetabus confirmed the seats via SMS, but was allotted to others without informing us. This is highly unacceptable.

While returning, the flaps on the a/c blowers were broken and force of direct air spinned our head. Later the cleaner covered it with a towel. Is it fair on Neeta's part, to take such a funny shortcut? That too when you boast about your so called new Merc. buses? I have taken photos, if you wish, can mail you too. Sound of DVD was poor, Only one TV on the front was for display for the entire bus passengers!!! The passengers at back shouted too much about another TV & the sound, but no effect on them, so nothing to say more!

Certainly I can NOT recommend others. Finally Neeta should try to improve the quality of fleet as well as the attitudes of their staff. That’s all.

Actually I wanted to suggest "Neeta" mgmt. but they haven’t kept the column (cleverly) for the complaints and suggestions.

1. They book the package but leave deserted once we reach there. The check-in time should be convent to the tourist, not to the Neeta's hotel mgmt. It was quite embracing scene, like refugees came for shelter, right from morning 5 am. to 8.30 am. we all tourists were scattered everywhere. Of course, we were served tea etc. and informed to take our breakfast, but how one can have it unless getting fresh.

2. Sightseeing - Neeta collects for the complete package, but they have one ANKIT TRAVELS in Mahabaleshwar. They show only what they want to and whenever they want to, no one is bothered to hear your request, neither Neeta nor Ankit. Either you follow what they have decided or forget your money; they don't give concession or refund. Forget about customer satisfaction!!! What is that?

3. Heavy leakage from the toilet, in my room. Leakage starts when flushed after use. I informed to the concerned people to repair soon possible, but neither it was repaired nor we were shifted to another room (due to peak season), till we left the place after 3 days. I have a photo to submit to Neeta mgmt. They told, they will be able to repair only after the peak season will be over. Just think about the hygienic condition.

4. Swimming pool - I planned to bath as much as possible, but looking at the color of water, I did not dare to use during my stay. I observed that it was not cleaned since days!!!

5. Good things - lower cadre staff were quite polite. Food good for Gujarati & veg. people only. evening milk, different shows for children.
