Hotel Mayfair Panji Goa
Wrong info on site

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked Hotel Mayfair in Panjim Goa for 31st December.

The actual photos & the blogs on the site show a very cosy picture with swimming pool, garden etc.

But infact the truth is very opposite. The hotel rooms are worst without TV, no flush working, rude staff etc.

For booking the hotel I had already transfered the money on the hotel owener Ms. Manisha Fernandis so now I was stuck & even cant change the hotet.

The hotel person charged us for delux rooms 3000/- per day which is not at all worth.

I complained to the Hotel owner about the photos on the internet & actual truth but they said that someone has loaded the photos on the net which they are not aware.

My request is there should not be such cheating where the customer shows one thing for booking & the reality is opposite.
