I have booked three rooms in a hotel namely Pink Pearl at Jaipur in the name of my Brother Mr. Kuldeep, and when we have reached the hotel the staff has told us that the AC plant is having some problem so it is not working and after a long discussion they have shifted us to their another property I.e. Chokhi dhani that was approx 25 km from the original hotel we spent one night there and the next day they again asked us to shift to the Pink pearl because we have originally booking there, again i drove to 25 km and reached the hotel, after check-in, in Pink pearl we found that the room AC were not working we have complained for that and after a long discussion they have shifted our two rooms to first floor from forth floor (one was there only) there also we received the same problem and again they shifted our one room, that was at 1:30 at night but the problem remains same then i asked the electrician to check the AC panel and found that the AC filter was badly chocked we washed and reinstalled it. the electricity backup was so bad that it took 10-15 min to start the gen-set, i was trapped in the lift just because of the power failure, the night when we stayed at Pink pearl i along with my wife was in dark without electricity for more than 30 min because the meter of my room has tripped, the phones were not working, no room service, the bath room door were not working i and my son stood out of the room when ever my wife uses the wash room, not a single emergency light was there in the lobby my father who is 73yrs has stood 10min near the lift area because it was so dark that he could not moved from there, it was literally harassment, the tea pots were leaked i asked the staff to replace but they didn’t, the water park was very dirty and we found frog in the pool, it was altogether a horrific experience staying there. and the best part is that they comments that the property is a four star and is a chain of Chokhi dhani and that’s why we made our mind to spend the days there. I think not pink pearl but Chowki dhani has cheated us and our three days which we planned since long to enjoy with the family had gone in drain. And no body from the hotel is ready to take the responsibility. and there were some more families who were also going from the same trauma, to one family they have offered table fans, one family has cut short their plan and shifted to some other property, I want a complete action to be taken because I and my brother has wasted our three days leave and the money which we have spent there.
