Akshar travels
Deficiency in service

Dear sir,

we had taken far east tour from akshar travels in may but they had fail to provide us facility they had claimed in itenary

1st his tour manager has refused to came with us at last moment.

2nd non veg food was offered to one of our collegue inspite of clear instruction given for veg food.

hotel facility provided in singapore was very poor

no body came to receive us at singapore air port for two and half hours inspite of repeated reminder at india office from singapore.
