India Biz line Solution has cheated me by hiding facts and their representative / agent claimed that he is calling from HDFC Bank and did not mentioned even name of India Biz line solution or Club Leisure further he told me that since you are HDFC Card holder we are offering you absolutely free Dining card and some other free travel voucher and you just need to provide Card details through IVR After following their instruction i come to know that through SMS from HDFC that a transaction of Rs. 5509/- has been made to India Biz line Solution. This is a case of IVR FRAUD and can be verified Whilst i am writing to this fraud company separately may i request to kindly take a suitable action against this Co. and help me to get my amount refunded
I have recd a carton box through courier where in a wrist watch and 9 nos Discount coupons are there which is of no use to me and will be returned immediately on demand. Please help
