Non-refund of failed transactions

I tried making two transactions on 9th Nov. Both of these transactions failed (Id's - NF2513612615932 and NF2513612616944). Each transaction was worth Rs.18, 638/-. After each failed transaction, I called "MakeMyTrip" to inform them about the same and get a confirmation on the failure. Each time I was told that my refund will be processed in 3 working days. After 3 working days, I started following up with the customer care department of "MakeMyTrip" and received vague replies like "it's pending", "need to check with our accounts deptt.", "check with your bank since it's cleared from our side". I checked with my bank (HDFC Bank) and they provided me a reply that they have not received any amount from "MakeMyTrip" to credit in my account. I also provided my bank statement to "MakeMyTrip" twice to facilitate this issue. My personal banker from HDFC Bank is ready to get on a conf call with "MakeMyTrip" too. I have been calling "MakeMyTrip" almost every alternate day and it's more than 10 working days now but I have not received any concrete answer on the whereabouts of my money.

It has been an extremely frustrating and harassing experience for me to deal with "MakeMyTrip" and I shall never ever recommend anyone to use it in future and neither will I use it. Especially the customer care center is extremely rude in their discussions and have not at all been helpful till now.

Kindly let me know how can I recover my hard-earned money.
