Offer below as per documents

I have taken a holiday package fron India Darshan in feb. I opted to avail the

package from14/08to16/08.for Burja Haveli or equivalent property they offered Hotel Natraj which was much below they status of Burja Haveli. They refused to provide me alternative. I did not avail the offer & requested them to refund

the amount paid for which they also refused. I have sent no of mails for which they have not replied.
