I reproduce below the mail sent by India Hotel Review, after number of mails send by me to the effect. I had catagorically mentioned to refund the fees paid by me. But no mention has been made regarding return of fees.

Knowing very well that the mail I am sending would not help me in getting my claims, as it was my experience or having
a long association with India Today, I find no other option.
This time I do'nt want to know my Unque No, or how to claim my free gifts. I want to inform you that out of three orders as I had
mailed you earlier on so many times, only in one case I have successfuly claimed my free gifts i.e Free Dimond Vr and Free Holiday
Voucher. I had got the dimonds although cheated. I had to pay another Rs.5000/- in addition to free gift vr worth Rs.5000/- I got a stone
value of less than Rs.1300/-
Again in order to claim my free holiday vr I had submitted all the required documents along with a Demand Draft of Rs.850/- fvg India Hotel
Review.com, since 15th May-09. They have confirmed the receipt and Oked the papers and informed me that the confirmation of your bookings would be intimated in due time. I had telephoned and mailed on several occasions. Most of the times they simply don't receive the phone call. If received they simply tell anything like your choice dates are now accomodable and we will confirm the bookings very soon etc. For last two months they are simply not receiving any calls, or mail also. Finally I had faxed my message/points but no reply either.
I can understand the way you are cheating the innocent members. For this reason only I had not renewed my membership.
Now what I want to say that I am not interested for my gifts, because even if I got it who knows the Hotel where I would stay with the bookings will
not charge. This offer is nothing but a cheat offer. Please see how I could get back my money i.e. Rs. 850/- paid through DD.
I have kept/saved all the correspondents, mails, sent and responses given along with the copies of my DD.
We have no time to write or phone for a small amount of Rs.850/- we genrally give to beggars.
