I booked 3 tickets to Katra on 9th April through JBG Volvo, Paliak Niketan, R.K.Ashram, New Delhi. The pick point was Chanderlok Building and departure time was 6:30 pm. When we reached the pick point and phoned up to Mr. Bhati of JBG Volvo, he asked us to come to R.K.Ashram as we will not pick from Chanderlok building. We hired an auto and hurridly reached to R.K.Ashram, there we found he was calling to every body there only. Our seat no. was 17, 18, 21 but the cunductor gave us the seat no 20, 21, 23 after so many request otherwise he was giving us the last seats only which would have been very uncomfortable with child. The JBG Volvo is an agent of Hari Travels, Roshara Road which we came to know there only. The bus departed at 8:00 pm from R.K.Ashram a delay of 1:30 hrs. They then again stopped at Roshara Road for 30 min for just their pleasure and the complete bus was harrassed due to the travel agent pleasure only. The bus was ultimately departed at 9:30 pm from Roshara Road a delay of around 2:00 hrs. We asked the driver to stop at nearby place at 10:30 pm for dinner as the childred were hungry but the driver told us that the bus will stop at their pre decided venue which will be reached at around 2:00 am. We had dinner at 2:00 am which was a really torture for children. We reached Katra at 12:00 noo on 10th April a delay of 2:30 hrs. We were having the return ticket for 11th Aplril 2010 from the same. Now when we again took the bus on 11th April the driver told us that we will not drop you at R.K.Ashram now, this will go to Roshara Road office of Hari Travels, We requested him to drop at ISBT otherwise which again he refused. We were dropped at delhi-karnal by pass, from there we took the auto and reached home. This was a horrible trip due to JBG Volvo and we were mentally tortured a lot. I want to have an action against JBG Volvo and would suggest no body should book ticket from JBG Volvo and Hari Travels.
