IRREGULAR APPROACH WITH CUSTOMERS

Sir,

I applied my wife's fresh passport on 29-12 through riya travels situated in APN Plaza cheetikulam Nagercoil. But they keep it on delay and they applied only on 01-st February. several times I called them hey they didnot give any good response in this matter, and they bare not taking any action till date, they give her application ID and telling us to check in the internet with passpaot status Now four months are almost finished and still in internet it shows the police report has not been received. so please give me a fine soloution on this matter. My wife's application ID is MDU A002461.
