Dear Sir,

This is regarding tatkal services in Indian Railways. Every day morning the tatkal services of Indian Railways through IRCTC is not possible between timings 8.03 a.m to 8.15 a.m. After 8.15 a.m only it will be allowed to do booking, but by that time all the tatkal tickets will be over. For a long time I have been facing this problem and I got the same feed back from many people. I request you to solve this issue.
